New Years Resolution made easy

       Getting your resolutions kicked off can seem daunting but breaking your list up into priorities can help make things easier to tackle. I prefer to start small, picking the task tasks I know I can get done easily and quickly. This helps with feeling accomplished and motivated to keep going with the harder tasks.

     This year getting organized and being healthier is top priority. Since making dietary changes and exercising can be hard I decided to start with organization. Having my house organized helps me feel less stress and more focused allowing me energy to concentrate on other goals.


     If you have kids than you know that they accumulate a lot of stuff, clothes, toys, and random odds and ends they collect. I grab a few boxes and start in one room going through every drawer and toy bin. Dusting and tiding as I go.

    I like to get rid of clutter by trying not to keep things I don't really need. If something is only around to collect dust than I either decide to store or toss.

   Go through your coat closet and clothes, sweep through the kitchen and towels, bathrooms and garage. Clearing clutter can really help open up the house and help keep your home clean.
